Can I stake SOL without using an exchange?

I've got some Solana that I'm planning to hold for a while, and staking sounds interesting. I'd rather not leave everything on a trading platform, though. Is there a wallet where I can keep my SOL, stake it, and still swap other cryptocurrencies occasionally?
