How can I fax my background check forms from my Gmail account?

[King Yahya]

Hi community! I'm currently completing onboarding paperwork for a new job, and the screening agency requires a signed consent form sent via fax line. I write and manage all my professional correspondence through my personal Gmail account and don't have access to traditional office equipment. Is there an app or service that turns a Gmail message with an attachment into a real fax?

Hello! Background screening agencies love relying on dedicated fax lines for consent forms, which can feel like a massive hassle when you live entirely online. I ran into this exact requirement during my last job search and found a really helpful breakdown at https://how-to-fax-from-gmail.com/ detailing how digital gateways work. Out of all the solutions proposed in the article, I chose Municorn Fax App for myself. It took my signed PDF scan, converted it into a crisp fax format on their receiving end, and sent me a verification receipt so I knew my screening was moving forward.
