Hit a curb in Studio City and blew my tyre – mobile change needed urgently

So I'm having an absolute nightmare of a morning – I was driving through Studio City on my way to a shoot at Dubai Studio City (I work in film production) and I misjudged a turn and slammed my front passenger tyre right into a sharp curb. The tyre burst instantly and I heard that horrible hissing sound as all the air escaped. I pulled over into a side street but now I'm sitting here with a completely flat tyre, my spare is in the boot but honestly I've never changed a tyre before in my life and I'm wearing my good clothes for a client meeting. I called a few friends but everyone's working and can't come help. I'm really hoping there's a service that can come to me and handle this because I don't trust myself to do it safely and I definitely don't want to damage my alloy wheels trying. I've seen vans around with signage for tyre services but I never saved any numbers because I didn't think I'd ever need one. Has anyone used professional roadside tyre change assistance in Studio City and can tell me if they actually respond quickly? I'm on a tight schedule and I need to get to this meeting in about an hour so speed is really important. Also do they usually carry replacement tyres in their vehicles or do they just fit the spare and send you on your way? My car has those low-profile tyres which I know can be tricky to change without the right equipment. I'm also wondering about cost – is it a flat fee or do they charge extra for coming to Studio City specifically? I've heard some places charge a premium for this area because it's a bit out of the way. If anyone can recommend a reliable mobile tyre change company that covers this area I'd really appreciate it, I'm literally sitting here watching the clock tick and getting more stressed by the minute. I've even considered just calling a tow truck but that seems like overkill for a flat tyre when all I really need is someone with a jack and some know-how.
