X5 battery warning popped up, do I really need to go to the dealer?

So I was driving back from Abu Dhabi to Dubai yesterday and this battery warning message suddenly flashed on my iDrive screen, something about increased discharge while parked. I've had my 2018 X5 for about three years now and this is the first time I've seen that message, so naturally I started panicking a little because I know BMWs are notorious for electrical gremlins when the battery starts going bad. The car still starts fine and drives normally, but I've read online that ignoring these warnings can eventually lead to the car not starting at all or even messing up the adaptive suspension and other electronic systems. I called up the BMW dealership in Sheikh Zayed Road and they quoted me a price that made my eyes water, plus they said I'd have to leave the car for at least a day because they're fully booked. I really can't afford to be without my car right now with work and everything, so I've been looking into alternatives. I found This BMW battery specialist in Business Bay that claims they can come to my office parking lot and replace everything on the spot, including the battery registration which I know is crucial for these cars. I'm just wondering if anyone here has actually used this kind of service before and if the quality is comparable to what you'd get at the dealer. I'm not trying to cheap out, but I also don't want to pay double just for the dealership experience if a specialist can do the same job for less. The convenience factor is really tempting because I could literally get it done during my lunch break and not miss any work, but I'm nervous about trusting my car to someone I found online. Any honest feedback from BMW owners who've gone this route would be really appreciated.
